Granite

Granite is a light-coloured igneous rock with grains large enough to be visible with the unaided eye. It forms from the slow crystallization of magma below Earth's surface. Granite is composed mainly of quartz and feldspar with minor amounts of mica, amphiboles, and other minerals.

Care and Maintenance

Your natural Granite and Quartzite countertops have been treated with an impregnator and do not require any further sealing. Your countertops are easy to clean and maintain with soap and water, or other cleaning products like Windex® and Fantastic®. To treat difficult spots, soak the affected area with one of the recommended cleaning products for up to 10 minutes, scrub the area with a soft cloth, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
